Cookie policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We keep ours to a minimum, and the ones from Google and Meta are only used if you say yes.

Your choice

The first time you visit, we ask whether we can use cookies from Google and Meta. Nothing from them is stored unless you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

If you say no, Meta’s pixel isn’t loaded at all. Google may still receive basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, which it uses to estimate visits and ad results without identifying you.

Cookies we always set

These keep the website working and secure, so they don’t need your consent:

  • ph_consent remembers whether you said yes or no, so we don’t ask again. It lasts 6 months.
  • csrftoken is set on the contact page and stops other websites from sending the form in your name. It holds no personal details and lasts up to a year.
  • sessionid keeps our own team signed in when they manage the website. Visitors don’t get it. It lasts up to 2 weeks.

Cookies only with your consent

If you say yes, these are added:

  • Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, shows us which pages people find useful. It sets cookies such as _ga, kept for up to 2 years.
  • Google Ads tells us whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to contact us. It sets cookies such as _gcl_au, kept for up to 90 days.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) does the same for our ads there, and lets us show our ads to people who have visited this website. Its pixel sets a cookie called _fbp, kept for up to 90 days.

Google and Meta receive this information and may store it on servers outside India. Their own privacy policies explain how they use it.

Campaign tags

If you arrive from one of our ads or links, we keep its campaign tags for the rest of your visit, so we know which campaign brought you if you send us a message. They’re kept in your browser’s session storage, not in a cookie, and are cleared when you close the tab.

If you open one of our demos, the same tags go with you in the demo’s link, so a message you send us from inside the demo shows the same campaign.

Visits we count ourselves

Separately from cookies, our website keeps its own count of visits, so we know which pages and ads are useful. It doesn’t set a cookie or store anything in your browser. Each count holds only the day, the page, whether a demo was opened or the contact form started, and the campaign name in the link you followed. Nothing about you is kept, such as your IP address or browser, so one visitor can’t be told from another, and nothing is sent to Google, Meta or anyone else. Our own team isn’t counted.

Managing cookies

Use Cookie settings at the foot of any page to change your choice. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings; if you block them all, the contact form won’t work, because it needs the security cookie.

For everything else about the personal details we collect, see our privacy notice.
