How we work

Custom software, measured first, then made

Every project follows the same four steps, so you always know what happens next and what you will have in your hands.

Four steps

The same four steps, every software project

It starts with listening and ends with us staying on, and you can steer it the whole way.

  1. 01

    A scoping call

We start by listening to how the work really happens today, where it slows down and where it breaks. We ask about your rules and your numbers, because the system has to fit those, not the other way round.

    we listen first
  2. 02

    A scope document

Every building block is written down and agreed before any code is written: the records, the stages, the rules, the reports and who can see what. It is the plan we build against, so nothing comes as a surprise later.

    agreed before any code
  3. 03

    Building in the open

You get a working demo every fortnight, so you see the system take shape on your own examples and can steer it while change is still easy.

    a demo every fortnight
  4. 04

    Launch, then look after it

We go live with you, move your records across with a clear account of what moved, and stay on to look after the system and improve it as your business changes.

    we stay on
4None steps, the same on every project
2None weeks between working demos
0None lines of code before the scope is agreed

Measured, then made

From five scattered tools to one CRM system that fits

A business often runs on a spreadsheet, a chat group, a paper register, the accounts software and a pile of sticky notes. We measure how they fit together today, where details get typed twice and which checks get missed, then build one system around the way you work.

An animation: five scattered tools, a spreadsheet, chat messages, a paper register, accounts software and sticky notes, are measured and then stitched into one system that keeps every one of its rules.

Start a project

Operationally accurate

Your rules, kept from day one

Written into the scope

Your rules are listed in the scope document, in your words, before any code is written.

Explained when they apply

When the system refuses something it says why, and whether the rule comes from the law or from your own policy.

Logged when they do

Every action, refusal and override is written to a log that nobody can quietly edit.

Tell us how your business runs

We'll show you what it could look like, measured to fit before anything is built.
